He has experience in Operations, P&L Ownership, Capital Markets transactions (including DCM, Syndications, and M&A), and Product. He is fiercly results focused which helped create billions of dollars of value across the Capital One enterprise. Some examples include 20x growth in branch card sales, tens of millions in cost savings in card operations, and 20% increase in Commercial Deposit volume. In addition, he launched a new Capital One Commercial Card product including an app (on Apple App store), a web interface, and a associated patent.

On the Personal Side:

I am an unabashed empathizer who tries to lead with love. An old coworker once told me “If you lived their life you would have done the same thing.” I try to live that. I’ve fallen in love on the first date and I cry at beauty about twice a day. The same criticality of thinking which I approach growing a business I apply for myself.
